Services Overview

Surface Mount Solutions specializes in the assembly of high mix PCB assembly at low to medium volumes. We use fully automated surface mount pick and place machines that are cost and time efficient. Our manufacturing equipment has been selected to provide a high degree of production flexibility while maintaining high capacity utilization rates. Flexibility allows SMS to react quickly to changes in our customer's production plans while keeping overhead cost to a minimum.

Surface Mount Solutions is not the largest electronic service provider but we feel that we are exceptional at servicing our customers needs through our high quality communication or as we like to call it (HQC) service. We pride ourselves on communicating intelligently, efficiently, and uniformly on all aspects of the services we provide.

We at SMS feel that lack of communication leads to potential quality issues in all phases of assembly. Our resolve, is to minimize communication errors in order to promote the production of high quality products for our customers.
